RT&T, a joint venture of InDyne, Inc. and Amentum Services, Inc. is the prime contractor in support of the Atlantic Range Technical Support Services (ARTSS) for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) headquartered in Patuxent River, MD, and with locations in Maryland, Virginia, and California.
ARTSS supports Atlantic Test Ranges (ATR) and Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations (ATMO) in research and development, engineering, maintenance, operation, support of facilities, systems, and equipment in order to meet the engineering development and operational testing and fleet training missions for some of the world's premier systems. Our work with the U.S. Navy keeps the warfighter safe by testing systems before they are used in combat, and we are hiring personnel to support this important mission.
InDyne Shared Services is looking for an Human Resources (HR) Assistant - Front Desk Reception who will provide administrative support to the ARTSS HR Generalist and the HR Shared Services team and will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.

Pay Range
USD $22.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Reponsibilities:
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs HR administrative and clerical support tasks to assist the HR Manager.
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees and assist with in-processing.
- Review and screen resumes and applications.
- Assists Recruiters by scheduling and organizing interviews.
- Assist with preparation of human resources reports, documents, presentations and will coordinate and assist with self audits.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of company and employee information
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) or related software.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Educational/Training Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Community college, university enrollment with career path focused on Human Resources preferred.
Work Environment:
- Office Environment
- Noise level of work environment is relatively quiet.
- Equipment used: Computer and other office tools.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
