Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a civilian federal agency by leading Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2 migrations from on-premise environments to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role supports mission-critical systems and ensures cloud migration activities comply with federal security, governance, and audit requirements.
Job Duties:
-Manage day-to-day delivery of Oracle EBS 12.2 migration projects to OCI
-Control project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
-Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
-Ensure project execution aligns with federal security, compliance, and audit standards
-Provide regular status reports, deliverables, and executive briefings
-Support testing, cutover, stabilization, and transition to operations
Basic Qualifications:
-Master's degree,
Education Equivalency: One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program.
-Minimum 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
-Minimum 3 years of experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-vendor projects.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in project governance, risk management, and federal reporting.
-Minimum 1 year of experience leading an on premise to cloud application migration.
-Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder who possesses a Public Trust clearance
