A Day in the Life - What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize the CEO's complex personal and professional calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless prioritization and zero missed objectives.
- Prepare executive briefing materials, talking points, background research, and high-level correspondence for meetings with national leaders, C-Suite executives, and government officials.
- Coordinate executive travel (local and national), logistics, contingency planning, and high-visibility events with flawless execution.
- Support CEO brand presence, marketing initiatives, social media engagement, event coordination, and corporate materials management.
- 1-3 years supporting C-level executives in high-demand environments.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-stakes organizations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong marketing and social media acumen.
