Infopact, Inc., an SBA-certified 8(a) Woman-Owned Small Business, is an enterprise data management firm with over 20 years of domain expertise in Federal financial management and acquisition systems. The company specializes in SAP and Oracle ERP implementations, modernization, integration, and long-term agency support, delivering data-driven solutions that enhance auditability, operational efficiency, and decision-making across DoD and federal civilian agencies.
Infopact is seeking a Vice President of Growth to lead and execute a disciplined expansion strategy aligned to its core strengths in enterprise data platforms, ERP transformation, financial systems modernization, and acquisition system support.
The Vice President of Growth will be responsible for building and converting a qualified pipeline focused on SAP, Oracle, enterprise reporting, data warehousing, and system modernization opportunities. This role carries direct accountability for revenue growth, capture execution, win strategy development, and strategic positioning within DoD and federal civilian markets. The VP will lead opportunity shaping from early identification through award, including bid/no-bid decisions, competitive intelligence, teaming strategy, pricing alignment, and executive-level customer engagement. Emphasis will be placed on leveraging Infopact’s past performance in Federal financial systems, ERP lifecycle support, audit readiness, and data platforms to secure prime contracts, 8(a) direct awards, and strategic subcontracting positions.
In addition, the VP will oversee proposal management activities, ensuring compliant, compelling, and strategically aligned submissions. This includes coordinating technical subject matter experts, structuring solution narratives, contributing to or leading technical writing where necessary, and driving integration across technical, management, and pricing volumes. The role requires hands-on engagement in proposal strategy sessions, color team reviews, and final production to improve win probability and message consistency.
The position requires a proven federal growth leader with established relationships in financial management, comptroller, and acquisition communities; deep understanding of federal procurement cycles; and experience scaling a services firm in the ERP and data modernization space. The VP will institutionalize repeatable capture and proposal processes, mentor business development and capture staff, strengthen industry partnerships, and align growth strategy tightly with delivery capabilities to ensure sustainable, margin-focused expansion. Performance will be measured through pipeline quality, award volume, revenue growth, proposal win rates, and strategic market penetration.
