Event Marketing Specialist

Piper Companies is looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to join a global brand marketing organization to support digital marketing initiatives and a wide range of customer-facing and internal corporate events that strengthen brand awareness, partner engagement, and overall program impact. The ideal Event Marketing Specialist will be willing to travel up to 30%, with a hybrid schedule on site in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities for the Event Marketing Specialist:

• Support customer-focused and corporate marketing events, including partner engagements, recruiting events, activation experiences, assessment centers, and key internal programs.
• Lead and assist with paid marketing campaigns , particularly across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels-to promote events and drive targeted audience reach.
• Analyze marketing, social, and campaign performance data to provide clear insights that inform event promotion strategies and optimize future marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate logistics, content, timelines, communications, and overall event execution.

Qualifications for the Event Marketing Specialist:

• 1 year of experience in marketing, event marketing, or customer/partner-focused corporate marketing
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
• Experience supporting or running paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Ability to interpret data, campaign metrics, and reporting to support strategic recommendations and performance readouts
• Understanding of digital advertising tactics, market insights, and creative engagement approaches
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

Compensation/Benefits for the Event Marketing Specialist:

• Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience
