Description: Agile5 Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of intelligence data systems and warehouses. This role is responsible for translating mission objectives into actionable requirements and managing high-priority backlogs within strict timeline restraints. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between stakeholder expectations and technical implementation, ensuring that data environments remain aligned with strategic mission goals through effective Agile leadership and resource tracking.
Product Owner Job Duties:
Security Clearance Requirements: Active DoD Secret Clearance required. Candidates must already possess this clearance level upon applying.

Product Owner Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary authority for defining requirements and prioritizing the product backlog for intelligence data systems.
- Translate high-level mission objectives and user needs into actionable requirements and discrete, measurable deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and balance competing priorities to ensure alignment between mission goals and technical execution.
- Direct the translation of mission objectives into technical roadmaps and actionable project deliverables.
- Utilize Microsoft Project to manage planning, scheduling, and resource tracking across the product lifecycle.
- Exercise decision-making authority within the Agile development process to maintain momentum and ensure quality.
- Collaborate closely with technical leads and development teams to clarify requirements and validate implementations.
- Monitor project timelines and development restraints to ensure the timely delivery of mission-critical data capabilities.

Experience Requirements :
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience working with or managing projects supporting intelligence data systems, warehouses, or comparable environments.
- Minimum of 5 years specifically serving as a Product Owner for intelligence data systems.
- Proven experience defining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Prior experience as a Project Manager or Technical Lead translating mission objectives into actionable deliverables.
Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Desired Skills / Qualifications :
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project for comprehensive planning and resource tracking.
- Deep practical knowledge of Agile development processes and the specific authorities of the Product Owner role.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex intelligence data environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with data governance and data lifecycle management within secure environments.
