You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) using comprehensive knowledge of Cyberspace Operations Information Technologies (IT) principles to design, develop and instruct Cyber Training Courses (2) conducting course lectures and exercises to educate students in accordance with Cyber Training Course curriculum (3) interpreting cyberspace operations polices and analyzing technical data to apply cyber tactics, techniques and procedures in educational scenarios and recommending modifications to training practices. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined

- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- This position is subject to perform temporary duty up to 10% of the time.
- Incumbent must be willing to submit to Counter Intelligence Polygraph if required.
- Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless previously completed.
- This is an Information Assurance Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for certification at Level I in Information Assurance Management (IAM-I) within 6 months or less of entrance on duty.
- This is a drug testing designated position and requires the incumbent to complete a drug test examination prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
