Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer the Cisco Identity Services Engine environment.
  • Lead the enterprise IPv4 to IPv6 transition across network domains.
  • Design, implement, and manage data network services and resolve complex network issues.
  • Provide direct operational support to internal departments on network incidents and requests.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure components.
  • Partner with application owners and IT stakeholders to deliver a scalable, efficient, and stable network.
  • Research, plan, design, and implement network technologies using industry best practices.
  • Collect and document network requirements with internal business units.
  • Develop and contribute to network policies, procedures, and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with virtualization teams to ensure interoperability between physical and virtual networks.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity activities.

Experience Requirements:
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience architecting and managing complex data networks.
  • Hands-on design and architecture experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
  • Expertise in routing and switching with protocols such as BGP and EIGRP, including QoS.
  • Proficiency with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco Firepower VPN.
  • Experience with Cisco ACI and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC).
  • Strong knowledge of IPv6 and proven IPv4 to IPv6 migration experience.
  • Working knowledge of DHCP, DNS, VPN, MPLS, MTIPS, and Out-of-Band networks.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and firewall management.
  • Experience with virtualization networking technologies (preferred).
  • Comprehensive troubleshooting skills that resolve user-impacting network issues.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to attain a Position of Public Trust and complete the eApp NBIS form.
