Agensys Corporation is supporting enterprise IT operations within a U.S. Air Force environment and is seeking a System Administrator to support Windows infrastructure and identity management services at Joint Base Andrews.
This role supports mission-critical enterprise systems and Active Directory services within a secure DoD network environment.

Agensys Corporation is supporting enterprise IT operations within a U.S. Air Force environment and is seeking a System Administrator to support Windows infrastructure and identity management services at Joint Base Andrews.
This role supports mission-critical enterprise systems and Active Directory services within a secure DoD network environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Windows server infrastructure including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades
- Implement and maintain system hardening using tools such as STIG Viewer, SCAP, and Evaluate STIG
- Manage the full user account lifecycle within Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID
- Administer security groups, distribution lists, and access permissions
- Support identity and access management (IAM) best practices
- Maintain and enhance PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot system issues
- Assist with compliance audits of user accounts and access permissions
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience
(Additional experience may substitute for degree) - Current DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent)
- Strong PowerShell experience for automation and Active Directory administration
- Experience with Active Directory (including hybrid identity / Entra ID environments)
- Understanding of identity and access management principles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD enterprise environments
- Experience working at Joint Base Andrews
- Microsoft certifications (SC-300, AZ-800, or similar)
- Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional enterprise IT teams
