Agensys Corporation is supporting enterprise IT operations within a U.S. Air Force environment and is seeking a Walk-Up Help Desk / Desktop Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support at the Pentagon.
This role supports end users in a secure DoD environment and serves as a Tier 2 point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software issues within a mission-critical enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide walk-up and desk-side technical support to end users
- Respond to user requests via phone and in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Install, configure, and modify computer hardware and software
- Support Windows operating systems and standard enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot printer, workstation, and user account issues
- Escalate complex issues as appropriate
- Provide user guidance and basic technical training
- Fulfill service requests within defined performance standards
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
(Two years of relevant experience may substitute for degree) - Minimum 2 years of IT support experience (at least 1 year in a specialized desktop support role)
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and email systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD enterprise environments
- Experience working within the Pentagon
- Experience in enterprise field operations or Tier 2 support environments
- CompTIA Security+ or other DoD 8140 certification
