Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Property Management Specialist to support PM EW&C, Product Lead Strategic Spectrum Warfare (PL SSW), the material developer for multiple systems. If hired, the applicant will be supporting all matters related to property management to include asset accountability, audit readiness, and development and execution of standardized processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior-level personnel, stakeholders, and higher headquarters.
- Apply thorough knowledge of governing Army, DoD, and federal regulations (FAR/DFARS) to ensure logistics and property management process compliance.
- Evaluate, plan, develop, and implement corrective actions for all property-related matters.
- Monitor contracts to ensure contractors properly control, account for, maintain, and utilize government property.
- Audit contractor procedures for accounting, protecting, and storing Government property to ensure compliance with contract terms and applicable regulations.
- Maintain 100% accountability of government property using Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR) like DPAS.
- Conduct recurring inventory audits, perform extensive information searches, and reconstruct records for complex supply transactions to resolve discrepancies and reduce inventory loss.
- Develop and standardize procedures for receiving, inspections, asset movement, and life-cycle sustainment planning.
- Review and validate Government Furnished Equipment/Property (GFE/GFP) Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Serve as a primary logistics action officer, supporting major program events, global fielding activities, and test events.
- Manage accountability processes for COMSEC and other classified equipment.
- Develop interfaces with other agencies for property requirements and confer with prime contractors to resolve property matters.
- Support the Managers' Internal Control Program (MICP) and provide support to Internal Control Evaluators (ICE).
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in property management and logistics, preferably supporting DoD/Army programs.
- Systems: Demonstrated experience using an Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) such as DPAS, Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), or G-Army.
- Policy: Proven ability to interpret and apply federal and DoD policy (e.g., FAR, DFARS) to ensure program compliance and audit readiness.
- Skills:
- Experience conducting inventory audits, resolving discrepancies, and strengthening asset accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders (Army Commands, PEOs, PMs, and contractors).

Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
