Senior Facilities Manager

Mayvin is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Facilities Manager position supporting the Office of Construction Management (OCM) within the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS). The Senior Facilities Manager will assist in the management, oversight, and direction of planned and ongoing construction projects to support the efficient execution of USMS construction operations.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)

Responsibilities :

• Assists with the management, planning, coordination, administration, and execution of space and programs for District Offices and Division Field Offices.
• Oversee ongoing projects and meet with counterparts in other agencies as needed.
• Prepares correspondence as needed for management signature.
• Develops and analyzes program resource requests.
• Assist in financial management and budget tracking for the Office of Construction Management.
• Coordinates, collaborates, and facilitates meetings related to facilities and construction management.
• Research and analyze agency needs regarding lease renewals and facility space requests.
• Assists in all collaborative and administrative facilities management or construction tasks.
