Join a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer in Chelmsford, MA as an Engineering - RF Engineer. You will play a crucial role in supporting the production of high-reliability, multi-function RF/microwave modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply your expertise to solve complex circuit challenges in a dynamic, first-shift environment.
[Responsibilities]
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in advanced RF/microwave circuits (amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation/conversion modules)
- Provide direct technical support to manufacturing teams to address assembly and testing challenges
- Review and interpret technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and test data
- Utilize RF/microwave test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and phase noise analyzers
- Collaborate closely with hardware, systems, design engineers, and manufacturing support personnel
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Active Secret clearance at time of application
- Bachelor's degree in RF/Microwave Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of RF/Microwave Engineering experience
- Minimum 1 year testing, tuning, and troubleshooting microwave circuits
- Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment
- Strong skills in technical documentation review and interpretation

- Experience in aerospace/defense industry
- Background in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated academic excellence in RF
- Familiarity with RF/microwave circuit simulation or 3D electromagnetic tools
