Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager, Product Support 2 (Site Lead) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. You will be assigned as a Manager, Product Support 2 (Site Lead) for an F-35 Integrated Industry Support Team supporting Depot Level Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul & Upgrade (MRO&U) operations at Fleet Readiness Center-East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC. Your primary mission will be to ensure FRC East receives all necessary industry-provided logistical support to enable FRC East to perform depot level MRO&U events on F-35 A, B & C model aircraft.

Primary Level Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $172,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

- Manage and lead the onsite NGC F-35 Mod Support Team as well as the Industry F-35 Integrated Logistic Support Team to support F-35 modifications and meet Depot Flow Plan and Mod Schedule requirements.
- Ensure the Integrated Industry Support Team consisting of Mod Tech Leads, Air Vehicle (AV) and Support Equipment(SE) Field Service Engineers(FSE), Material Review Board (MRB)Engineers, Quality Analysts (QA), Configuration Management (CM), Data Quality & Integration Management (DQIM), Supply Chain Management, Low Observable (LO)-FSE, Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) and Modification Tooling personnel provide the discipline specific logistics support to enable the FRC East production team complete F-35 modifications on schedule.
- Maintain clear and concise communications between NGC, FRC-East, JPO, LST, Logistics, LM Leadership and other stakeholders as necessary to manage constraints, risks, issues and provide solutions to prevent delays.
- Develop and negotiate industry/government partnering agreements with FRC East that satisfy financial/funding requirements IAW Title 10 USC § 2474.
- Develop the Basis-of-Estimates (BOEs) for labor and associated costs related to contract Requests for Proposals and contract Modification Change Requests.
- Develops, tracks, updates, and reports production activities to NGC, LM, FRC East and JPO, leadership on a consistent basis.
- Ensures personnel obtain training needed to support customer's needs and achieve qualification requirements.
- Participates in daily tier-2 maintenance/status meetings with the FRC East production personnel.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must have 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma and 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Or, 6 years of relevant experience with a master's degree.
- Previous depot level of intermediate level management experience.
- Minimum 5 yrs. experience in management supervision.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
- Must be willing to travel on short notice on domestic and international assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior military experience as a senior enlisted/officer in maintenance and logistics leadership positions supporting fighter aircraft.
- Prior experience working with and consulting US Military service representatives a plus.
- Current experience with F-35 depot operations.
- Current experience with the F-35 logistics support structure between F-35 commercial industry organizations and F-35 government organizations.
- Current experience with Fleet Readiness Center East F-35 Depot Operations.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Project).
