MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Change management experience and process-discipline skillsets
• Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 and ICD 705.
• The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills
• Requires Secret clearance with an investigation
within 5 years and the ability to obtain a Top
Secret Clearance.
This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within a sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.
Desired Skills:
• Lead and implement change in a collaborative and inclusive manner, have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
• Interface with Executive Leadership in support of ongoing operations
• Work collaboratively with other entities and manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very time-sensitive environments.
• Motivate, inspire and grow Security Team Members
• Build and maintain effective relationships both within and corporation and externally with government customers and suppliers.
• Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently.
• Experience using DISS and JADE
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

- Manage personnel, physical, and technical security requirements for large, fast-moving classified programs.
- Provide policy guidance, classification management, and research in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, and ICD 705.
- Prepare and deliver high-level program leadership briefings, presentations, and classified meeting support.
- Process Program Access Requests (PAR) and coordinate security education for program stakeholders.
- Develop and obtain approvals for plans supporting new test environments and on-site facilities/labs.
