Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer - IE Platform Infrastructure to support Army National Guard Information Exchange (IE) operations by building and maintaining enterprise platform infrastructure. This role focuses on designing reliable integration environments, managing secure data exchange services, and ensuring high availability for mission-critical systems.

This position is ideal for engineers with strong enterprise platform engineering experience, middleware expertise, and a proven track record supporting complex IT ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain platform infrastructure aligned with Infrastructure/ENOCS-as-Code principles
• Configure and manage integration platforms and middleware solutions for automated data exchange
• Administer file transfer, archiving, and secure data transmission services
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, and operational stability
• Coordinate with hosting providers on tenant-specific infrastructure requirements
• Develop and maintain operational processes, procedures, and documentation
• Monitor platform performance and implement optimization strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues

Required Qualifications:

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT environments
• Strong experience with enterprise platforms, integrations, and infrastructure operations
• Demonstrated ability to support mission-critical production environments
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• API or platform-related certifications
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security credential
