Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Software Engineer - Journeyman Level (Platform & Configuration) to support Army National Guard enterprise modernization initiatives. This role focuses on designing and maintaining secure, automated development environments, building CI/CD pipelines, and engineering scalable DevSecOps ecosystems for mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain DevSecOps toolchains and automation frameworks
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems and pipelines
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) environments
• Engineer automated testing frameworks and sustain test environments
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application delivery
• Develop tools for source code analysis, validation, and deployment automation
• Ensure compliance with Configuration Management standards and processes
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and cybersecurity teams

Required Qualifications:

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT
• Strong experience with DevOps/DevSecOps practices and tooling
• Hands-on experience with automation, container platforms, and cloud environments
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Required Certifications:

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• CompTIA Security+
• Kubernetes certifications
