What This Role is All About:
This is the company’s first customer-facing hire, sitting at the intersection of users,

• Act as the voice of the user, ensuring customer insights and mission realities are clearly reflected in product decisions
• Identify and drive opportunities for account expansion through new use cases, features, and value creation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders across customer organizations
• Support customer data analysis, key presentations, and mission-critical workflows
• Help define and scale customer operations, including project planning, forecasting, and process development
• Contribute as a core team member to company strategy, culture, and evolving operational needs

• Proven ability to work directly with demanding users in mission environments or other high-consequence industries
• Strong product intuition and the ability to identify valuable use cases from real-world problems
• Technical fluency and curiosity, with comfort learning new systems, data, and technologies
• Bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Familiarity with Department of Defense organizations, culture, and end-user needs
• Willingness to travel up to ~50%, including domestic and occasional OCONUS travel
Bonus Points:
• Prior experience in defense-tech, dual-use, or national security-focused startups
• Background in data analysis, technical product management, or solutions engineering
• Experience helping scale early customer success or operations functions
• History of building long-term, trusted relationships with mission stakeholders
Benefits:
• Competitive salary and meaningful equity upside
