JOB TITLE: Resource Analyst

PRACTICE: Volume Services Support (Resource Management)

The Volume Services Support (VSS) practice is part of Americas professional services organization and chartered to support professional services area leaders in accelerating VCF adoption through scaled partner delivery and efficient professional services resource allocation. This role will report to the Resource Management team, which is responsible for ensuring projects are efficiently routed to partners and/or staffed by Broadcom resources.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Resource Analyst is responsible for the efficient staffing of partner and/or Broadcom resources on customers' VCF engagements and related capacity planning. The role has the following key responsibilities:

• Staffing Allocation
  
  • Project Staffing Requirements (Start, End, Capacity, Budget, Subcontractor Flow Down Provisions)
    
  • Partner Selection Recommendation (based on prioritIzation rules)
    
  • Staffing Allocations
  
  
• Capacity Planning
  
  • Active Capacity Roster Maintenance
    
  • Capacity Planning (FTE & Contractor)
    
  • Partner Demand Forecast (Clarity Backlog)
    
  • RMO KPI Reporting

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 6+ (experience in a professional services organization preferred)

CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

REQUIRED LANGUAGE(S): English
