Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Government Furnished Equipment ( GFE) Production Engineering team is hiring an Experienced Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to support the technical statement of work in San Antonio, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in San Antonio, TX.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
- Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build. 4. Leads and implements manufacturing plans.
- Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
- Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
- Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
- Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
- Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
- Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
- Implements lean principles and technologies.
- Reviews electrical design requirements and approves new releases and revisions to existing designs.
- Reviews and implements non-conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications.
- Translates design requirements Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) into Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to create and maintain part demand within the program production system.

- Medium to Advanced knowledge of REDARS, GOLDesp, WIRS, Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced skills), IVT, MESci.

- Experience working with a wide range of inter-organizational personnel and external customers.
- Experience providing technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Advanced knowledge of REDARS, GOLDesp, WIRS, Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced skills), IVT, MESci.
