Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst with a Top-Secret security clearance to support ATS and our government customer in Winchester, VA.

This position is for a Quality Assurance Test Engineer to support the FBI's Information Management Division by applying information technology solutions to their business processes. This QA Tester would be responsible for testing complex custom applications and participate as an integrated team member within an Agile development team. This individual will work with the software developers, business analysts, scrum masters and stakeholders to validate proper implementation of requirements. This includes participating in daily SCRUM sessions, grooming the backlog, and ensuring the overall quality of the final product.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Expert knowledge of testing approaches, lifecycles and when to use them to maximize customer value balanced with reduction of risk.
- Ability to create data driven testing scenarios to improve the performance and coverage of tests.
- Ability to collaborate with the developers to ensure that the most efficient tests are being written.
- Experience with automated testing platforms including but not limited to Selenium, Cucumber and SoapUI.
- Experience working with an agile delivery process
- Advanced writing skills and communications skills
- Ability to lead a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Experience with Federal consulting
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in an IT related discipline
- 5+ years of experience
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Must be fully fluent in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of agile software development
- Agile Certifications a plus
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and Agile Framework, apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
- Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff)
- Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
- Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
