Nightwing is seeking a seasoned, well rounded, and personable policy-oriented Project Integrator to support the Sponsor organization responsible for establishing and improving data management services. This includes identifying business processes and assisting the organization to optimize its data management strategy, as it pertains to data compliance, data protection, and data sharing.
The policy-oriented Project Integrator is expected to read and review policies and other information management-related rules & regulations; understand and interpret the meaning behind each policy; and identify any data policy implications. If there are any data policy implications (i.e. a data privacy concern - PII) then the successful candidate would reach out to the appropriate key stakeholders, receive their guidance and feedback on the topic, and if needed update the policy accordingly.

- Reads and reviews policies and other information management-related rules & regulations, etc.
- Applies strong critical-analytic thinking skills to understand and interpret policies accurately and identify data policy implications (i.e. a data privacy concern-PII)
- Coordinates and facilitates meetings with key stakeholders/customers as needed to ascertain their guidance and feedback on specific policies, etc.
- Captures and documents key stakeholder/customer latest policy guidance and feedback responses
- Holds key stakeholders/customers accountable and ensures they provide sufficient feedback by tight deadlines
- Updates/modifies policies and other information management-related rules & regulations records in coordination with the task manager
- Creates, maintains, and tracks a list of all policies that the organization still needs to review, and other important 'to-do' actions items
- Updates team documentation/SOPs as needed
Mandatory Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer records and information management and applicable regulations and guidelines, with demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership personnel
- Must demonstrate knowledge of Sponsor data policies and strong critical-analytic thinking skills to understand and interpret policies accurately and identify data policy implications
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work with varied partners, receive questions on policy and identify appropriate responses through existing material, or identify the appropriate POC
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Be able to work with strict deadlines under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); SharePoint Applications Sources, HIVE/Confluence and other Project Management Tracking Tools
- 16 years of relevant experience, or a combination of program equivalents criteria is required for this position. A Master's Degree in Government Policy or related fields such as information management, data management, records management may be substituted for two years specialized experience (up to a total of five years of relevant experience when combined with Bachelor's).
- Candidate resume must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the specific position mentioned above.
- TS/SCI with Poly which is transferable to this program and customer
