Operations Research Analyst

In this role, you'll assist the U.S. Army client staff in Program Analysis and Evaluation functions with modeling, requirements preparation, and forecast funding levels to meet U.S. Army readiness demands. You will translate complex data analytics concepts and findings into clear written and graphical formats to assess program effectiveness. Additionally, you will research and design tailored presentations that interpret analytical outputs for specific audiences. You'll evaluate the impact of new or proposed legislation on program operations and management and provide technical advice on data collection, analysis, interpretation, and communication. You will also perform assessments to identify effective and ineffective administrative processes across directorate lines.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. What You'll Work On:
- C ond uct analyses of program and operational workload, administrative processes, staffing, and production data to recommend improvements in efficiency, resource utilization, and service delivery.
- Collect, interpret, and summarize data and prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for supervisors and managers in support of operational, programmatic, and planning decisions.
- Support administrative and operational projects such as space planning and readiness activities by gathering requirements, coordinating inputs, and tracking project actions.
- Coordinate with internal offices or stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of approved workload, staffing, processing, and operational initiatives.

You Have:
- 4+ years of experience leading complex analyses of program operations and resource utilization and developing recommendations for senior leadership
- 4+ years of experience developing and applying advanced analytical models to evaluate program performance and forecast resource requirements
- Experience managing high-impact operational projects, including identifying risks and advising stakeholders
- Experience advising senior offi cia ls and representing the organization in cross-functional e nga gements, presenting findings, and recommending improvements
- Ability to plan and oversee project analysis, staffing, and facilities
- Ability to communicate effectively, including briefing senior offi cia ls, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate resources and implement shared goals
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
