Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst / QA Tester to support a company focused on delivering innovative technology solutions to federal customers. This position is hybrid in Ashburn, VA. The Business Analyst / Tester will gather requirements, write user stories, create traceability matrices, and develop automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities for the Business Analyst / Tester include:

- 3+ years of experience in requirements gathering, QA testing, and automation scripting
- Experience with Selenium, JMeter, TestRigor, or similar automation frameworks
- Skills in writing test cases, documenting results, Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Active DHS EOD or Active Top Secret Clearance
Compensation for the Business Analyst / Tester includes:
- Salary Range: $100,000-125,000 depending on experience
