Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $24.85/Hr. - USD $41.42/Hr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Description

• Designing, developing, and delivering job‑related training programs that improve individual and organizational performance within a DoD environment
• Conducting needs analyses, creating instructional materials, and evaluating training effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor of science in education, human resources, business, or related discipline (ABET/CAE) Alternative: Associate four years experience or six years experience
• Active DoD top secret (or higher)
• Greater than three productive years delivering training programs
• CPTD, ATD, or DoD‑specific training credentials preferred

Desired Skills

• Expertise with instructional‑design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's taxonomy)
• Proficiency in e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, DoD‑specific)
• Ability to assess training impact using Kirkpatrick's model or ROI analysis
• Strong facilitation and public‑speaking skills; comfortable presenting to mixed technical audiences
• Experience creating multimedia training assets (video, simulations, job‑aids)

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY

Travel Requirements

• Domestic travel: Up to 10 % of the year (≈ 2 weeks)
• International travel: < 5 % of the year, only when required for overseas coordination and clearance approval
