We need a Microsoft 365 Copilot Implementation and Operations Engineer for a full time position.
• Position: Microsoft 365 Copilot Implementation and Operations Engineer
• Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite)
• Position Type: Full time
• Travel: None
• Clearance Required: US Citizen with Public trust.
Job Description:
iQuasar LLC is currently hiring a Microsoft 365 Copilot Implementation and Operations Engineer in Washington, DC for a contract position. This will be a long term contract.
Typical Skills Include:
• Other Copilot experience:
• Security Copilot
• Power Platform Copilot
• Azure Copilot
• Federal government or regulated environment experience
• Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure, Security)
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, compliance, or data governance Familiarity with ASP.NET Core security features, including authentication, authorization, and data protection. Proficiency in using Razor syntax for dynamic content generation in views.
• Proficiency in using jQuery for DOM traversal and manipulation
• Experience with jQuery event handling for creating interactive user interfaces. Expertise in making asynchronous HTTP requests using jQuery's AJAX methods, and in integrating and customizing jQuery plugins for various functionalities.
• Experience in developing responsive web applications using Bootstrap
• Proficiency in using Bootstrap's grid system for layout design.
• Knowledge of Bootstrap components (modals, carousels, navbars, etc.) and customization techniques. Ability to customize Bootstrap themes using CSS and SASS.
• Other tasks as assigned in support of operational needs.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot experience
• Specifically, Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Proven experience deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot into production
• Operational support experience after Copilot deployment
• Prompt Engineering experience (real-world Copilot prompts and optimization)
• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 cloud experience
• Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID
• Microsoft Azure experience (identity, security, monitoring, or services)
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable briefing management
• Can provide clear status updates
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities:
• Support enterprise rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Provide day-to-day operational support
• Troubleshoot Copilot issues (licensing, permissions, data access)
• Help improve Copilot results through prompt engineering
• Support user adoption and confidence
• Communicate status, risks, and progress to management
• Work closely with Microsoft for escalated issues, and roadmap and new feature tracking.
