Primary Level Salary Range: $133,000.00 - $219,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Key Responsibilities
- Own full life-cycle senior executive recruiting across multiple business sectors.
- Develop executive search strategies and employ proactive, creative candidate identification and research.
- Conduct outreach, networking, and sourcing of candidates; qualify and interview prospects.
- Manage internal client and stakeholder relationships and oversee the recruiting process from offer negotiation to closing.
- Participate in staff-planning activities and interview internal clients to determine hiring needs.
- Interface effectively with senior leadership and collaborate closely with peers.
- Deliver measurable results quickly while maintaining high quality.
- Remain calm under pressure, meet multiple deadlines, and juggle competing priorities.
- Serve as a trusted relationship manager, demonstrating high integrity, independence, and strong organizational skills.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with at least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably within Aerospace & Defense, Manufacturing, and/or the Industrial sector; 13 years required with a master's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience recruiting senior-level executives in the aerospace, defense, federal, or public-sector markets, either in a corporate setting or at an executive search firm.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with staff and clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and applying non-traditional sourcing strategies.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong capability to juggle priorities and manage multiple competing demands simultaneously.
- High level of client-service orientation.
