Description:This position requires excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills to collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, lines of businesses, proposal teams and functional departments. Works with senior management team to ensure that program requirements are being completed for the F-16 Singapore Upgrade Program. Responsible for working with LM Deployed teams, DCMA and the US Government, and the Republic of Singapore Air Force to ensure that cost and schedule program milestones are met.
The individual must be able to work independently as well as be a team player and willing to support other team members on a proactive basis in any capacity needed. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between internal stakeholders, leadership, and customer. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and provides regular status reports to leadership. Proactively identifies program issues and develops mitigation plans to meet program requirements. This position reports to the F-16 Singapore Upgrade Program Manager as a program integrator.
The program integrator will support the Program Manager by performing Risk and Opportunity Management, performing as a Cost Account Manager (CAM), utilizing the Earned Value Management System (EVMS), supporting Program Reviews, and leading the overall program execution. Areas of responsibility include coordinating proposals, business plans, Statements of Work, and operating budgets. Key Responsibilities include actively managing program On Time Delivery (30/60/90), CPAR Performance, and supporting travel, both in the Continental US (CONUS) and Outside the Continental US (OCONUS).
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external customers
- Program/Project management experience and/or training
- Active Secret Clearance

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong analytical thinking and business acumen skills
- Ability to interface and interact with all levels of an organization
- Proposal experience
- Experience baselining/authorizing work for contract execution
- Experience conducting business case analysis

- Understanding of F-16 engineering, development and sustainment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
