What You Will Be Doing
The Advanced Develop Program Line of Business is looking for a motivated business management professional who has experience in aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), Supply Chain Management, or Program Finance to work on several classified programs. The candidate will serve as a team lead and will work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with other Finance and Business functions, Supply Chain Management, Program Management, Business Development and other functions as appropriate to coordinate and execute strategic goals.
The candidate will lead a team of individuals in various facets including but not limited to: financial planning and analysis and implementing strategic program financial plans, material finance management, and new business operations.
The candidate will be able to understand the vision of the business area and utilize their analytical skills to help leadership accomplish the strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Long Range Planning - Pricing/estimating future Orders, Sales, Earnings, and Cash
• Managing Cash and FEA across the portfolio
• Supplier proposals, negotiations, and payment plans
• Prepare, analyze, and report/present program level financial performance to F&BO
• Support Ad Hoc financial analysis requests from internal and external customers

Basic Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Finance or related field
- Experience leading a team
Desired Skills:
• Business Management, FP&A, Program Finance, or SCM experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Tableau or financial modeling experience
• Ability to multi-task and take on challenging assignments
• Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
• Ability to work independently and lead teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Driver/Self Starter/Independent individual with a strategic mindset
• Analytical skills

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
