Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Sustainment team at our Edwards Air Force Base facility. The F-35 Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor position offers a unique opportunity to be a part of F-35 Operation Test and Evaluation community as we sustain our foreign national partner's aircraft. In addition to interfacing with our foreign national customer on a daily basis, you will lead a team of up to 14 professional hourly employees to perform daily flight schedule operations, operation level maintenance (scheduled/unscheduled), conduct TCTD's, Mod's, software updates, and other maintenance-related tasks as needed.

What You Will Be Doing
• As a supervisor it will be your primary responsibilities is to be the focal point of contact for both the LM maintenance team as well as our partner customers.
• Provide accountability of the maintenance team's day to day operations and needs, overseeing and executing scheduled/unscheduled F-35 maintenance as directed by management
• Adhere to Cal OSHA/ESH, and LM safety requirements, have working knowledge and understanding of the CGOP (Consolidated Ground Operations Procedures),
• Operate as a QA delegate who oversees and signs off on critical maintenance tasks, all in the effort to provide on time delivery of a quality product to our customer.
• This position is for 1st shift but is subject to change as needed to support our customer. This opportunity does require the flexibility and availability to travel both domestically and internationally on occasion based on the customer and company's needs.

• Must be a United States citizen. Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

• 5 years of F-35 Aircraft Flight Line Maintenance experience

• Experience using ALIS (JTD, CMMS, MM_PAIRS, SHM)

• Working knowledge of 8210, ASM9000, CGOP
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:

• 7 Level (USAF)/ CDQAR (Navy/Marine Corps) sign off experience or equivalent
• Leadership experience
• Configuration Management
• Quality Assurance Delegate/Inspector/ QA Department experience
• Previous Flight Line Maintenance and Ground Operations experience
• Tow Supervisor Qualified
• Flight Line Drivers Cert/ CMA
• F-35 IPP/Engine Run Certified
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $80,400 - $139,380. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
