Description:Expedites and optimizes material flow on the Production Shop Floor to meet customer requirements. Coordinates with manufacturing and Operations Management to provide shop floor control for make parts, analyzes and controls production schedule and capacity requirements, executes the plan, provides timely status and expedites or works around plans to preserve schedule.
Your Responsibilities Will Include but are not limited to:
Maintain production systems integrity to drive inventory optimization and minimize cost
- Expedite and optimize material flow through the supply chain to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate with manufacturing and Operations Management to provide shop floor control on make parts
• Analyze and control production schedule and capacity requirements
- Execute the plan, provide timely status, and expedite or work around plans to preserve schedule
Maintain MRP parameters, including lead times and lot sizes, and coordinate with Engineering and Change Board Rep to make associated changes to the BOM
- Provide Manufacturing Operations Support duties in support of all other functional areas
- Utilize approved software/programs and perform MRP responsibilities
- Conduct weekly / monthly inventory audits and complete reconciliation process.
- Back-Up MRP roles and responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a related discipline
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Microsoft Excel Skills
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance

- Ability to work with little Supervision
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
