Join JRC's Systems Engineering & Integration Team as a Test Documentation & HWIL Specialist and become a key player in the Fleet Ballistic Missile program. You will be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse supporting technical integration and testing efforts. What You'll Do
  • Developing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on system requirements
  • Facilitating the design, development, and integration of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) testing
  • Reporting test results, logging and tracking test performance and defects, including severity and priority definitions
  • Maintaining quality assurance through accurate documentation of records, including traceability matrices to map requirements to test cases
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders to understand functional specifications and test objectives
  • Compliance: Ensure all testing procedures meet internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Crafting and refining project correspondence, memorandums, ordnance documents, presentations, and professional letters
  • Promoting project updates and initiatives with clear, error-free communication
  • Preparing briefing materials and editing white papers, project plans, and requirement documentation
  • Learning and applying SSP protocols for documentation and accreditation

What You Bring
  • A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience in testing/HWIL roles
  • Active or recently held SECRET clearance (within the last 24 months)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively
  • A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Bonus Points For
  • A degree in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science
  • Experience in technical writing and documentation development
  • Confidence in developing and delivering presentations
