Overview
Seeking Client Support Administrators (CSAs) to provide on-site IT support for end users and IT assets in secure NIPR/SIPR environments supporting 99 CES. Ideal candidates have strong desktop support skills, experience in compliance-driven DoD environments, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and connectivity
Support users in secure NIPR/SIPR environments
Troubleshoot hardware, software, imaging, and network issues
Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
Perform IT asset management (inventory, tagging, audits, turn-in/disposal)
Submit and document tickets (ServiceNow preferred; CIPS a plus)
Support TACLANE accountability and VTC/SVTC systems
Administer SharePoint permissions and access reviews
Required Qualifications
3+ years of practical IT support experience
CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II)
Active Secret clearance
Experience supporting secure or restricted networks
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or higher in IT or related field
USAF / DoD IT environment experience
ServiceNow, CIPS, TACLANE, VTC/SVTC, or SharePoint experience
