Job Title: Project Manager

Customer: Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Economic Security Intelligence Support Services (ESISS)

Location: Washington, DC

Program Overview: LIS Solutions is seeking a cleared Project Manager to serve as the single point of contact to the Government on an Intelligence and Analysis effort supporting DHSs Nation State Threat Center (NSTC), including intelligence analysis/production, threat assessments, RFI support, stakeholder engagement planning, and programmatic support. This work involves classified handling and finished intelligence production standards.

Job Duties:
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the CO and COR for all contractor performance matters.
  • Be available to the COR by telephone 0900-1700 ET, Monday-Friday.
  • Respond within 2 business days to COR requests for discussion or resolution of technical problems.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of all SOW requirements and ensure timely completion of deliverables (transition-in/out, monthly reporting cadence, QC plan, meetings).
  • Coordinate staffing, coverage, and continuity; manage risk and issue logs; escalate and resolve issues rapidly.
  • Ensure contractor personnel comply with all SCIF, security, and professional conduct requirements while working at Government facilities.
  • Maintain clear communication, action-item tracking, and status reporting; support government review/approval cycles for deliverables.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with at least one year remaining before reinvestigation requirement.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project/Program Manager supporting Government customers, preferably in intelligence, national security, or DHS/IC environments.
  • Proven ability to manage performance in a SCIF/on-site environment with strict security and access controls.
  • Strong customer engagement skills and the ability to coordinate work across analysts/SMEs and stakeholders under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).


Desired Qualifications:
  • 5 Years of Experience in DHS intelligence production support experience (or comparable IC analytic production environment).
  • Experience managing teams producing intelligence products and briefings (including quality control and review chains).
