Nexagen Networks continues expanding its cleared operations footprint while supporting the United States Army and Joint missions across secure facilities. We are growing our team of cleared professionals across program management, engineering, cybersecurity, and mission-critical disciplines.

As a Master Scheduler, you will serve as the primary scheduling point of contact responsible for strategic planning documentation, schedule integration, and lifecycle program tracking. You will ensure transparency, accuracy, and risk visibility across all program activities within a complex DoD contracting environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Scheduler responsible for the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Develop and coordinate reporting frameworks for event-based activities to ensure transparent progress tracking.
• Analyze and maintain the master integrated program schedule across the full program lifecycle, from concept exploration through system fielding.
• Utilize networking and scheduling tools to support lower-tier schedule integration, generate graphical outputs, and establish realistic task durations and dependencies.
• Evaluate contractor-proposed schedules against Government schedules to identify discrepancies and performance risks.
• Conduct probabilistic and deterministic Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) for both Contractor and Government schedules.
• Monitor vendor schedule performance and analyze weekly/monthly variances using Gantt, PERT, and Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university in Project Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration required.
• Advanced Microsoft Project course completion required; familiarity with DoD Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports required.
• Minimum of eight years of experience in project scheduling or related fields.
• At least six years of specific experience using Microsoft Project software.
• Expert-level familiarity with the DoD contracting environment and Agile software development methodologies.
• Demonstrated mastery in building and maintaining program-level IMS integrating milestones and deliverables from both vendor and Government sources.
