Basic Requirements :
Education
To be creditable, education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university. You must report only attendance and/or degrees from schools accredited by accrediting institutions that are recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services at the time of application. - The incumbent performs a variety of developmental assignments in support of the overall work of the organization classified at less than the full performance level for recruitment and training purposes.
- The incumbent receives tailored instruction, guidance, training, and closer supervision designed to equip incumbent with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful performance in the intermediate or full performance level position.
- Under the guidance of supervisors or senior analysts, they assist with progressively complex administrative and analytical tasks that support program operations.
- Performs specific defined tasks involving the application of analytical techniques to study efficiency of program operations.
- Serves as a trainee in management analysis, observing and assisting senior analysts.

- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
- Educational enrollment MUST be on a half-time or full-time basis. Half-time basis is defined by the academic institution that the student is enrolled or accepted into.
- Official/Unofficial transcripts with the current enrollment course load.
- Transcripts are (Required) along with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 - You will render an ineligible rating if the transcripts are not submitted.

- For the GG-04 grade level: Completion of 2 full academic years of post-high school study or associate's degree.
- For the GG-05 grade level: Completion of all requirements for a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
- For the GG-07 grade level: Completion of 1 full academic year of graduate level education or eligibility under the Superior Academic Achievement Provision after completing a bachelor's degree.
