The ideal candidate brings deep enterprise IT experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while driving modernization and integration strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Automation, Integration, and AI/ML engineering sub-team.
- Coordinate API management, interface maintenance, and system integration activities.
- Oversee test automation strategy and implementation.
- Monitor and track integration health across platforms and environments.
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure successful integrations.
- Provide status updates, risks, and technical recommendations to the Project Manager.
- Guide engineering teams on best practices for automation, integration, and scalable system design.
Skills Required:
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise information technology.
- Strong experience with automation frameworks, API integration, and enterprise system interoperability.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- AWS Solutions Architect
- CompTIA Security+
Preferred:
- Experience supporting federal or DoD environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML engineering initiatives.
- Experience with modern cloud platforms and DevSecOps practices.
- Azure certifications.
