One Federal Solution is looking for a skilled Warehouse and Inventory Control Manager to support federal property operations. This role is hands‑on and focuses heavily on inventory accountability, equipment tracking, and proper stewardship of government property. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing and documenting inventory, understands supply processes, and can maintain accurate records in a fast‑paced environment.

Skilled Warehouse and Inventory Control Manager Responsibilities:

Support government personnel with day‑to‑day property and inventory functions
Receive, catalog, and store items following federal guidelines and internal procedures
Track and document inventory movement, including issuing, returning, appraising, and disposing of property
Maintain accurate logs, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure full accountability of all items
Conduct routine cycle counts and full inventory audits to identify and correct discrepancies
Oversee warehouse storage areas and ensure proper organization and security of materials
Prepare and maintain required documentation for compliance and reporting
Coordinate with contract storage facilities and verify that proper controls are maintained

Skilled Warehouse and Inventory Control Manager Qualifications:

At least 3 years of direct experience in inventory control, supply support, accountable property management, or similar roles
Demonstrated experience managing decentralized and decontrolled equipment or materials
Strong understanding of supply chain or inventory management principles
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
Reliable, organized, and able to follow established policies and procedures
High school diploma or GED required
Important: We are specifically seeking someone with experience managing physical inventory and accountable government property.
