Description
Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is seeking an Analyst, Management II to support the NIWC PAC Information Technology Management Support Services contract. The Analyst, Management II provides support to the Program Management Office (PMO) by overseeing program and project control activities across the organization. This role collects and analyzes project data, prepares organization-wide status reports, and assists project teams with resources, documentation, training, and best practices. The position contributes to cross-project coordination, financial auditing, and the development of future project roadmaps.
100% onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and report on organization-wide project status and performance metrics.
• Assist project participants with resources, documentation, and adherence to PMO best practices.
• Coordinate cross-project efforts to optimize resource utilization.
• Participate in financial audits and assessments of completed projects.
• Support the development of future project roadmaps and planning initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation and support training initiatives for project teams.
• Utilize project management software and tools to track progress and report findings.
