Celeris Systems, Inc. (Celeris) is seeking a Systems Engineer to support a U.S. Space Force Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) program. This position supports the integration and optimization of the GPS Enterprise to ensure mission assurance and operational success for the warfighter.
The selected candidate will provide technical expertise and systems integration support to enable an optimally integrated GPS System design across space, ground, and user segments.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical expertise and systems integration support to ensure an optimal, end-to-end integrated GPS System design.
• Contribute to the development and execution of enterprise integration approaches and processes, including synchronizing, tracking, and analyzing dependencies across programmatic and organizational boundaries.
• Develop and maintain engineering and data models to support automated integration analyses and performance assessments.
• Coordinate across space, ground, and user segment organizations to identify and manage system requirements and Key Performance Parameters (KPPs).
• Provide technical support to test activities that characterize and validate system performance.
• Perform and present data analyses that inform government program decisions and technical direction.
• Support GPS Enterprise Risk & Opportunities (R&O) management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams across Government and contractor organizations in a dynamic SE&I environment.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum of nine (9) years of systems engineering and/or systems integration experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience working across space, ground, and user segment organizations to ensure end-to-end mission performance requirements are achieved.
• Experience with system architecture development and analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams and organizations.
• Ability to operate successfully in a multi-team, fast-paced environment and take on additional technical or administrative responsibilities as needed.
• Experience with space vehicle systems and GPS-related programs.

Preferred Qualifications
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition organizations.
• Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools and enterprise integration frameworks.
