This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities:

- Set up and configure storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and direct attached storage.
- Administer day-to-day operations of the storage area network and related platforms.
- Perform maintenance, configuration changes, and deployments to SAN systems.
- Provision storage, create volumes, provision LUNs, and execute data migrations.
- Monitor storage capacity, health, and performance metrics to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and manage regular data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Configure storage technologies to communicate over IPv6 in addition to IPv4.
Experience Requirements:
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years providing storage solutions engineering support, including management, administration, and maintenance of SAN and NAS systems.
- Experience administering storage area networks, specializing in EMC and NetApp systems and enterprise backup systems.
- Experience with storage cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to monitor storage capacity, health, and performance metrics.
- Ability to perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Strong knowledge of IPv6 networking, addressing, routing, subnetting, network design, and troubleshooting (preferred).

- EMC Certified Storage Administrator or NetApp Certified Data Administrator, or equivalent certification.
