Delivers reporting and analytics used to manage and improve DHA's Enterprise Management environment, including compliance, patch status, configuration drift, and software deployment outcomes. This role turns EM telemetry into actionable dashboards and audit-ready evidence for operations and leadership.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
    • Define, produce, and sustain operational reporting for inventory, patch compliance, software deployment outcomes, and endpoint health across on-premises and MED365-managed devices.
    • Develop and update reports and dashboards using MECM reporting, Windows Query Language (WQL), Structured Query Language (SQL), PowerShell automation, and Power BI where authorized.
    • Validate data quality and timeliness by reconciling discrepancies across EM data sources (collections, inventory cycles, Intune device records) and correcting reporting logic as needed.
    • Create ad-hoc analysis supporting incident and problem management, including trend identification for failed deployments, configuration drift, and recurring compliance gaps.
    • Provide reporting support for vulnerability remediation, including affected population identification, remediation progress tracking, and closure evidence aligned to patch/IAVM cycles.
    • Produce audit-ready evidence packages for inspections and compliance reviews (e.g., baseline adherence, patch status, device management controls) and maintain supporting documentation.
    • Automate report generation and distribution while protecting sensitive information and complying with DHA data handling and access control requirements.
    • Support Infrastructure Test Center validation by providing pre/post change analytics and identifying anomalies during pilot or staged release activities.
    • Maintain a controlled catalog of standard reports and dashboards, including version control, change documentation, and stakeholder-approved definitions.
    • Develop and maintain data dictionaries, query libraries, and SOPs so reporting remains repeatable, supportable, and resilient to personnel turnover.
    • Brief leaders and service owners on trends and risk areas; recommend measurable improvement actions based on observed data.
    • Coordinate with EM administration and systems administration teams to ensure reporting dependencies (database health, collections, inventory) remain stable.

Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline or equivalent practical experience (as permitted by the contract).
    • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience supporting enterprise IT environments, with demonstrated work aligned to Tier 3 Level EM Reporting Support Services.

Certifications
    • At least one: Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, or GSEC.
    • Alternate/equivalent certifications may be accepted with Government approval.
    • Preferred/Work-center dependent: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.

Security Clearance
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability and all required system access (e.g., CAC-enabled accounts) to perform duties.

Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)
    • Work is primarily on-site in San Antonio, TX; limited remote work may be allowed when authorized by the Government and mission requirements permit. Work may require after-hours, weekend, and/or on-call support as directed, including support during scheduled maintenance windows, high-impact incidents, vulnerability response actions, inspections, and surge periods.
    • This position is aligned to applicable DoD Manual 8140.03 work role 451 (NIST: OM-SA-001); contractor personnel must meet DoD 8570.01-M baseline certification requirements and transition to DoD Manual 8140.03 work role requirements, including required training, knowledge, skills, abilities, and tasks, within Government-directed timelines.
