We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support DoD sensitive activities reporting, oversight, and executive-level decision-making. This role will prepare and staff DoD quarterly reports and briefings to Congress and Executive Branch Senior Leaders; coordinate executive-level meetings and working groups; analyze large classified data sets; develop data analytics and visualization tools; and support Government-led production, software collaboration, and policy efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior DoD leadership, managing complex reporting requirements, and translating data into actionable insights that enable data-informed oversight and strategic decision support.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and staff DoD quarterly reports and briefings on DoD sensitive activities to Congress and Executive Branch Senior Leaders, including collection, compiling, editing, review, approval, production, and delivery of the quarterly report and briefing.
- Coordinate, convene, and facilitate meetings, working groups, and the Sensitive Activities Executive Council (SA-EXCON) by preparing and disseminating agenda and read-ahead materials, attendee rosters, and meeting minutes.
- Analyze and evaluate large data sets and develop data analytics and data visualization tools to view trends, identify anomalies, inform assertions and conclusions, and provide data-informed assessments, reporting, oversight, and decision-making.
- Develop, update, and maintain general and specialized data-analytic dashboards using Kibana and other data analytic tools to satisfy user requirements to interpret historical data, predict future performance, and drive executive-level decision-making.
- Identify methodologies and statistical methods that find patterns and relationships in large volumes of Government classified structured and unstructured data sets.
- Identify options for external data and/or systems for Government consideration to improve assessment of performance and effectiveness of specific activities, functional areas, or topics (final measures of performance rest with the Government).
- Support Government-led and identified production efforts (including analysis, assessments, reporting, production, and/or briefings) enabling data-informed oversight and decision support for senior DoD and Executive Branch officials and Congressional staff members.
- Support Government product owner/sponsor collaboration with software capability and security developers and/or program managers, using Agile and traditional development methodologies, to translate data collection, analysis, and reporting objectives into Government-validated software requirements for capability planning, design, development, and other validated purposes.
- Support the development, review, revision, and oversight of strategy, policy, and legislation related to DoD sensitive activities.
- Maintain historical record files related to sensitive activities reporting and related legislation.
- Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) and key references for sensitive activities reporting and assessments.

Requirements:
- Experience preparing and staffing senior-level DoD reports and briefings.
- TS/SCI eligible
- Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, working groups, and councils.
- Experience analyzing large classified structured and unstructured data sets.
- Experience developing data analytics, data visualization tools, and dashboards (including Kibana or similar tools).
- Knowledge of statistical methodologies used to identify patterns and relationships in large data sets.
- Experience supporting Government reporting, oversight, assessments, and executive-level decision-making.
- Familiarity with Agile and traditional software development methodologies.
- Experience supporting policy, strategy, and legislative review related to DoD sensitive activities.
- Ability to maintain historical records, SOPs, and key reference documentation.
