This role oversees data-driven growth operations while ensuring disciplined processes and ensures data integrity to provide rapid insights.

Target Salary Range: $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

About The Role
Peraton is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Operations. This role requires a leader who will drive enterprise standardization through Agile growth processes, AI-enabled analytics, and integrated growth training. This role oversees data-driven growth operations while ensuring disciplined processes and ensures data integrity to provide rapid insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own, evolve, and maintain the Peraton growth process, playbooks, and training.
- Incorporate AI to drive efficiencies throughout growth processes and playbooks.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team that builds predictive models and machine learning algorithms to analyze complex datasets and delivers interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI) that translate insights into actionable, data-driven business decisions.
- Design and develop Growth reports within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Repository
- Implement high-rigor data input across the business to ensure data integrity of pipeline development software
- Responsible for managing Growth Knowledge Management Data Repositories
- Manage credentialing and maintaining data source integration layers.
Qualifications
- Bachelors and 18+ years of relevant experience working in a growth organization
- Experience developing and maintaining highly complex, enterprise-wide growth processes, playbooks and/or training programs in government contracting organizations that pursue high volume or high dollar value deals
- Experience leading and developing a team with diverse skills and experience levels
- Proficient in Agile methodologies
- Ability to balance enterprise needs while building relationships with sector influences
- Excellent business acumen; strong understanding of Federal procurement, contracting, and financial rules and regulations
- Demonstrate solid leadership qualities and organizational skills in coordinating the sales cycle
- Ability to meet fast-paced hard deadlines with extended work hours
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships and interaction at all decision levels
- Ability to communicate issues, concerns, and problems in a solution-oriented manner
- Experience in managing a team that understands and utilizes the following tools and technology including Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, HTML, JAVA, and SQL
- Experience with various AI Tool Capabilities (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- Must reside in Washington DC metro area.
- Demonstrated capacity to stay on top of current trends, issues, and technologies in mission areas through participation in industry groups and conferences
- Ability to Obtain Top Secret/SCI security clearance
