About The Role
Peraton is hiring an Operations Requirements Analyst (ORA) to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Fort Meade, Maryland. As an ORA on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location. As an Operations Requirements Analyst, you will provide SIGINT SME support to the STORMFORCE Management Team (SFMT) and its series of test events.
You will work with the government customer and STORMFORCE participants to plan, organize, and ultimately conduct this annual test event. The event is a DOD initiative dedicated to fostering joint interoperability, innovative capabilities, and comprehensive warfighter integration across military services. Focusing on tactical SIGINT collaboration, SF aims to cultivate a dynamic and operationally relevant environment that encourages the exploration of emerging technologies, enhances strategic partnerships, and accelerates the product development cycle.

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Qualifications
Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., systems engineering, mathematics, information technology, operations research) plus twelve (12) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required of which five (5) years shall be in the Intelligence Community (IC) OR High School Diploma or GED plus sixteen (16) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required of which five (5) years shall be in the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Must have at least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Combat Support Agencies or Services collection strategies and Programs for Record.
- Must have at least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Joint Cryptologic operations and capabilities.
- Must have a thorough understanding of US Armed Forces tactical SIGINT operations, military capabilities, and SIGINT concepts of operation.
- Position requires 1+ month of travel annually.
- Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Ability to regularly lift 35-50 lbs
Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:
- Ability to communicate with Service Cryptologic Offices.
- Familiarity with ground SIGINT, ELINT and/or OTHT.
- Qualified candidates should have experience in the intelligence cycle, information operations, signals intelligence technical expertise, an understanding of the National signals collection system, and familiarity with the varying levels of tactical operations and analysis taking place within the military services.
