Project Integrator Business Continuity/Event Coordination

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking to hire a Project Integrator Business Continuity/Event Coordination to support our Lorton Complex. The Project Integrator serves as a key coordination and execution lead supporting both government and corporate customers. This role is responsible for integrating people, processes, facilities, and technology to ensure operational continuity, seamless event execution, and exceptional customer service.

Your essential job functions within Business Continuity & Operational Integration will include but may not be limited to:

• Support development and execution of business continuity plans
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Coordinate incident response and recovery efforts

Your essential job functions within Event Coordination & Execution will include but may not be limited to:

• Plan and execute meetings, conferences, and customer events
• Coordinate logistics, security, IT, and vendors
• Ensure professional and secure event delivery

Your essential job functions within Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement will include but may not be limited to:

• Act as a customer-facing integrator
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Resolve issues proactively

Your essential job functions within Project & Cross-Functional Coordination will include but may not be limited to:

• Integrate efforts across facilities, security, IT, and operations
• Track milestones and deliverables
• Support documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• 5+ years relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to work a cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Desired Requirements:

• Working in multilevel security environment
• Business continuity or event coordination background

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Clearance Requirements:

• TS/SCI or the able to obtain one
