ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER (Levels I-II)
Provide disciplined, reliable, and increasingly senior administrative support to the PMS 339 Program Office in execution of Surface Navy Training Systems programs. This role supports program leadership, documentation control, communication, and coordination efforts that directly enable Fleet readiness and training modernization. Responsibilities scale from foundational administrative support to senior-level oversight and executive coordination.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
This combined role ensures continuity, structure, and professionalism across PMS 339 administrative operations while supporting both day-to-day execution and senior leadership engagement.
Required Qualifications
Level I ($28.46/hr - $44.51/hr)
This role is ideal for Sailors and veterans with administrative, personnel, or training office experience. If you've kept a division, department, or command organized and running smoothly-you are a strong candidate.
• Associate's degree OR High School and 1+ year relevant experience
• 3+ years professional experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizen
Level II ($44.51/hr - $53.92/hr)
This role is ideal for senior enlisted leaders, LDOs, or experienced program office administrators. If you've supported senior leadership, coordinated complex schedules, and ensured documentation accuracy at the command level-you are highly aligned with this role.
• Bachelor's degree OR High School and 10+ years relevant experience
• 7+ years professional experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizen
Desired Qualifications
Level I
• Associate's degree AND 3+ years professional experience
• 4+ years experience
• Experience supporting DoD or Navy program offices
Secret clearance desired.
Level II
• Bachelor's degree AND 7+ years experience
• 10+ years experience

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. - Provide daily administrative support to the PMS 339 Program Office, including documentation, coordination, and information management
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, agendas, and executive-level documentation
- Coordinate meetings, briefing schedules, and basic logistics for program leadership, including the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager
- Track meeting notes, action items, and high-visibility tasks to ensure follow-through and program traceability
- Input, maintain, and ensure integrity of program databases, tracking tools, and internal reporting files
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems and oversee documentation routing, version control, and records management
- Support lifecycle administrative tracking for Surface Training Systems programs
- Assist with training program documentation control and deliverable record maintenance
- Support coordination and execution of program reviews, milestone events, and training activities
- Track administrative deliverables tied to contract performance and program execution
- Ensure documentation accuracy to support audit readiness, compliance, and program accountability
- Ensure contractor personnel maintain appropriate access to DoD/DoN systems, data repositories, and required program platforms
- Provide structured administrative support during modernization initiatives and training facility coordination
- Improve administrative processes, workflow efficiency, and communication practices across the program office
