Salary: $80,000 - $120,000

- Create and manage knowledge articles using BMC Remedy
- Manage knowledge articles on a variety of topics, including technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a variety of technology areas
- Utilize SharePoint and assist with transfer of the knowledge base fully into Remedy
- Identify gaps in the knowledge base and help write out the missing knowledge
- Work with the teams to create training for the various areas as well as self-help options
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Training:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent required
- Associate's Degree in management or other relevant discipline preferred
Experience:
- 1+ years of professional experience in the required task area
- Experience with BMC Remedy or Microsoft SharePoint
- Demonstrable understanding of technical domains
- Technical knowledge in Networks, Applications, Unified Communications, Servers, or Cloud preferred
- Technical Writing experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time
