Business - Support
Project Manager:
-Advise and make recommendations on the management, operations, and control of existing programs and projects, and advisory support of new programs and projects.
-Review, analysis, and support the strategic business operations for the agency.
-Perform all activities associated with the review and analysis of data to develop business intelligence to support data-driven decision– making at all levels.
-Support personnel familiar with the visualization of data to provide operationalization of performance metrics, business intelligence, and strategic data.
-Work closely with various customer stakeholders to ensure the success of mission requirements.
-Have a complete understanding and technical capability of the customer’s organizational elements; tools, techniques and be flexible/adaptable in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.
-As directed by the customer, continue performance in emergency or mission essential conditions. Additionally, account for the whereabouts of personnel during emergency or mission essential conditions, should this information be requested by the customer.
-Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
-Bachelor’s Degree (or higher-level degree)
-5 years demonstrated knowledge utilizing Agile Frameworks
-5 years of DoD demonstrated program and/or project management
-5 years of DoD Software Development Project and Program Management specific experience
-Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated knowledge of utilizing ServiceNow
-Must be able to multitask by managing more than a single project at a time
-Secret Clearance required for this position.
