Job Summary
KBR is seeking a Plans and Operations Analyst with Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in developing plans and an advanced understanding of Counter - Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) and to support the Department of War's newly established Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF 401). Analyst will support the organization's Director, Executive Director, and Division Chief's actions as a focal point for the Department to synchronize and integrate C-UAS efforts for all stakeholder (Office Secretary of War, Joint Staff, Services, and Inter-Agency) CONUS and OCONUS activities with the goal of providing C-sUAS capabilities to protect our Warfighters at home and abroad.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Leads and/or participates in a variety of DoW joint C-sUAS sub-working groups that actively develop joint solutions that resolve high-visibility problems known to reduce organizational effectiveness and C-sUAS mission accomplishment.
- Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) to Operations Division leadership on matters related to the National Airspace System and air domain that affect on-going and future C-sUAS operations across all operating environments.
- Minimize repetition in this section to maintain clarity and to provide a streamlined view of the role's responsibilities.
- Leads staffing of Division taskers in the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) and Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) across the Military Services, Joint Staff, and OSW Components.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business administration or equivalent experience required
- 10 years of related work experience
- Secret level security clearance is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Top Secret preferred
- Master's Degree preferred
- High level expertise with Microsoft Business suite of programs.
- Capable of representing the customer in WGs, forums, and events as required.
- Able to develop conceptual visual products rapidly and accurately for briefing and presentation purposes.
- Basic comfort with memorandum and IP-like products for Director/SES-level consumption.
- Able to distill complex processes and concepts to sequential sub-components for understanding, problem solving, and management purposes.
- A clear communicator who proactively expresses ideas, useful solution contributions, and requirements both personal and professional as appropriate
